Forensic Psychological Evaluation
Clinical psychologists conduct psychological assessments and prepare psychological reports for litigants at the request of the court, the litigant or the litigant's family. These psychological assessments are mainly conducted before the litigation.
Through in-depth interviews, we can understand and explore relevant information about the litigant's psychological condition, personality, cognitive ability, risk of recidivism, and whether they were insane or sane at the time of the offense. The interviews also provide an in-depth understanding of their psychological characteristics, motivation or level of injury, and provide the court with litigation-related assessment results, recommendations and sentence reductions.
At the request of the court and the litigant's legal counsel, the clinical psychologist will also attend court hearings as an expert witness.
